RETURNS & EXCHANGES

LOVA BY VL will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price within fourteen (14) days of their delivery, with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition.

To return products, you must email our returns department at contact@lovabyvl.com with your receipt or proof of purchase and obtain a return merchandise authorization number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without return number.

Once you receive such number, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We recommend using a carrier service that provides a tracking of the goods. 

Please contact us and we will disclose the return address you should ship the merchandise you wish to return.

Refunds are processed once the goods have been collected and returned in their original condition, with their original packaging and within approximately ten business days of our receipt of your merchandise. 

Returned goods that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted.

Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site. We offer no refunds on any products designated on this site as non-returnable.
